Using specially designed software, DeLucia Mail
Service imports your list, corrects the address
elements to meet the US Postal regulations,
then addresses the mailing on a high speed inkjet
printer (up to 20,000 per hour). The barcode we
produce will move the mail through the mailing
system in the shortest possible time and get
a discount from the postal service. In order to
receive these discounts there must be at least 200
pieces for a standard mailing, and at least 500 for
a presorted first class mailing.
The fewer hands that touch the mail, the faster it
moves. Since DeLucia Mail Service automates
your mail, it gets closer to its final destination before it is ever touched by human hands. The mail is handled more efficiently, and that saves time. Our barcode is longer than the ones you might be able to generate on your computer. This longer, enhanced barcode helps tell the Postal Service computers exactly where that piece of mail needs to go.
We also provide mail merge services if you wish to print directly on your own letterhead. This is also run through our specially designed software to offer you the postal discounts.

Most lists come from major databases that are held by the three credit reporting agencies. They make those lists available, for a fee. If you know the profile of your potential new customer, DeLucia Mail Service can help you match your profile to lists that are out there. Magazines can make their subscriber list available. While expensive, some customers feel comfortable with the list based on the kind of magazine they choose. While a minimum purchase is often required, you don't have to select the entire list. You can choose a portion close by, or choose a group from the list for another reason.
